New year, new websites

  • 12 December 2016

Today ORX launched two new websites – a private site for our Members and Subscribers, and a public-facing site.

We started developing the new sites at the beginning of 2016. Over the last few months, the team at ORX has been working hard to finish the new sites and we’re delighted to have completed the project and launched both sites before Christmas.

Centre of excellence

We’ve changed our websites to meet our Members’ needs. The new sites have been designed for simplicity of use, making it easier for our Members and the wider operational risk community to stay up to date with our latest work and news.

We hope that the sites will become the go to place for operational risk managers from our Member institutions and across the industry.

Being a voice for the operational risk sector

To help ORX increase our interaction with regulators, non-Member operational risk professionals and the industry press, we will be regularly updating the public site with freely available short reports and project summaries. Our news and blogs section will keep you up to date with all our latest developments.

Although we are a membership association, one of our goals is to improve the measurement and management of operation risk in the wider sector. Our new public site will help us achieve this as we can more easily share and promote our work.

Personalised for our Members

Our new private site will help develop our community of Members. It’s simple to use, bringing together all our reports, toolkits and other materials in one easy-to-navigate area – The Source. It’s also personalised to each user.

Everyone has a dashboard page, with suggestions for content based on their areas of interest. The dashboard page gives easy access to most recently viewed pages, events and documents.

The introduction of an account page means that our users can update their own details and change their areas of interests whenever they wish.

Our Members can login to the new Members’ area at members.orx.org.
