Heads of Operational Risk Forum 2019

Help shape the future

The Heads of Operational Risk Forum (HORF) is our premier event and is unique in the industry – a free private, invitation-only forum for Heads of Operational Risk to share experiences, discuss ideas and help shape the future of risk management.

To give all members the opportunity to attend, we hold the HORF in a different location each year. The 2019 forum will be held at The Fullerton Hotel in Singapore on 26-27 March.

Lead the debate on operational risk

Cyber, conduct, risk appetite, outsourcing, and risk taxonomies are some of the many issues that we currently face. HORF 2019 will give you the chance to discuss these with your peers, sharing the challenges you face and the opportunities you see. Together we will help to form an industry view on how the operational risk discipline should continue to evolve.

Event programme

As usual, HORF 2019 will include a series of open discussions with peers and talks by senior figures in the operational risk community. HORF also gives participants the chance to build networks with other members. We will develop the agenda over the coming months and share it with attendees as soon as we can.

This event offers you a unique opportunity to discuss operational risk with your senior peer group. To make the most of this, we work with our membership to identify the most valuable topics and speakers. We'll get in touch with everyone who has registered to attend with a request for more formal input before the event. However, in the meantime, please do let us know if there are any topics you are particularly keen to discuss, or if you would like to lead a session.

We will confirm the exact timings of the forum when we send out the agenda.
