This role provides a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with some of the foremost operational risk figures in the global financial services industry.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Risk Management, your primary focus is to lead significant elements of the ORX member programme, creating consensus and facilitating change at an industry level, playing a key role in the delivery of the ORX programme, products and services during 2023/24.
This is a high-profile role that is instrumental in the enhancement of operational risk management frameworks, methodologies, and practices across the industry, enabling organisations to learn from peers, benchmark their practice and collectively enhance their risk management capability.
You will lead the ORX Risk Management Community and Working Group, bringing together senior leaders to agree common areas of priority, and discuss and develop practice. Taking responsibility for developing actionable materials for members from the working group using the data and information collected.
Success factors
You’ll be a natural and engaging communicator, delivery focused and a confident thought-leader. As a credible and authoritative specialist in operational risk management, you’ll have ample opportunity to work closely with industry senior executives and thought leaders.
